Your food search. Your choice.

Privacy notice · updated October 25, 2026

Location

Choose a town or grant a one-time foreground location request. We do not continuously track your phone. Your selected location is kept in your browser. If you select a food, your location is sent to the app to find relevant growers. Availability planning retains a rounded area of about a few miles for seven days, rather than your exact phone coordinates. Source checks are shared across users.

Saved searches and purchases

Saving an alert stores the search area you choose, food and practice preferences. Bookmarks, alerts and self-reported purchases use your signed-in Site identity or a random browser identifier. Delete saved searches and purchase reports in their panels. Clearing browser data may remove access to device-only records. Records saved to your account can sync across devices.

Shopping lists and trip planning

Your list stores food choices, quantities, notes and checked-off items under your account or browser identity. An on-device draft supports reloads and interrupted connections. Remove individual foods or clear the list in My List. Trip date, selected stops and route order stay in the current browser session and are not saved with your list. Whole-list food checks retain only the same rounded area and food/source demand described above. Opening a route sends the selected public pickup addresses and any location you chose to share to Google Maps, under Google’s policies.

Notifications

Push notifications are optional. We store the browser push endpoint to send a generic alert; the notification provider is not sent food preferences or farm details in the message. Turn off push in Alerts to remove that endpoint.

Feedback

Feedback goes to the pilot owner, with the current screen and selected food. No exact location is attached. A one-way account/device pseudonym limits spam. Feedback is retained for up to 90 days and cleaned up when new feedback is submitted. Please use the in-app feedback form to request help or removal of a note.

Original sources and hosting

Farm information comes from linked public producer sources and reviewed written commitments. Opening an outside source, directions or map attribution is governed by that provider’s policies. The app uses hosting and map providers that process technical requests under their own policies. Map tile requests reveal the geographic map area, not your browser’s exact location value.

Access and control

The pilot’s sharing settings determine who may visit. The owner console and other people’s saved records are protected separately. No household behavior is sold and no advertising network is active. You can browse using a town without granting location access. This notice describes the current pilot; future data uses require an updated notice.
